Friendly customer focused. There was no pressure to complete a deal at purchase. The handover was thorough even though I am an experienced BMW driver. Very helpful in resetting the BMW App.

Overall really pleased with the purchase and delivery. There was a technical glitch at BMW during delivery but that's nothing the local team could do anything about. They did all they could and met all expectations.

I'm very happy with the car, and I liked the showroom & the people I dealt with. I was disappointed that after we'd agreed a price & deal, there were initially issues in honouring that deal. We got there in the end, but that should not happen.

Bodyshop issues ongoing for 6 months! Maintenance (recall work) left damage and lack of attention to detail. Ongoing complaint, awaiting outcome. Correspondence after receiving car back from Sandal was misleading with excuses used previously by BMW.

I wasn't told about a nail in my NSR tyre only found out by looking at my service sheet which was too late and I had a flat tyre.also my OS air intake on the bumper is adrift and not fully joined together.

No. Not at all. Driving a car that cost me over £50k in cash and expected to be given an updartec on how the car was. To make things worse all the apps such as weather, traffic and speed camera warning were no longer functioning when car collected.

A little disappointed, the car came in for a service and whilst being inspected two new tyres were required authorised there fitting. After being contacted all was done disappointed to find tyres not fitted at had to make a second trip to collect.

Car was taken into a Wakefield to be fixed on numerous occasions, to be told by them everything was sorted. Which it wasn't because the problem came back within picking the car up and driving half way home.

The service seemed fine and I waited for it so there were no issues with any of that. It was valeted as the end but extremely poorly - it can't have taken more than 5 or 10 minutes as it was literally only part done. Not what I'd expect from BMW.

I was charged 150 pounds for a 2 mins check on a tyre pressure monitor issue Before the car went in I informed them that the tyre pressure monitors need replacing and they told me what I already knew and charged me for it

There were a series of failings due to lack of communication that I was waiting with the vehicle for its MOT. This manifested throughout the morning, which saw me waiting 5 hours for an MOT. I made a complaint, which has since being resolved.

Everything was excellent. From the explanation of the controls, to the provision of details of the arrangement. We were given time to enjoy unveiling the car and nothing was too much trouble. It was a really enjoyable experience.
