Excellent service, needed replacement break pads and these were ordered same day and fitted. Car was ready earlier than expected. It is expensive but I do receive the quality and assurance I would expect.

When I made the appointment for the winter check I was told that my main service was due at the end of January. I was pretty sure this was wrong. I booked an appointment for 9:30 am and waiting until 11:30 am. This was also wrong. I showed the text.

Initially, I was disappointed that the service person suggested that the price match wasn't against a run flat, considering that Pirelli had designed those tyres specifically for BMWs and RF was clearly shown on the website price for another garage.

There has been an odd issue with the right side wing mirror since the vehicle was returned. When unlocking the vehicle, only the left mirror opens. To open the right mirror you need to retract and open the mirrors via the switch.

Car was under recall for a drivers air bag check. No paperwork received for the check, but Wakefield more bothered about an estimate of potential repairs of £1200 + vat. I had to chase the paperwork the next day! Unprofessional from the service dept.

The engine light come on in August last year and had diagnosed it myself as the Nox sensor. I feel that a £165 charge for diagnostics and then parts and labour is a bit steep as most dealers waiver the diagnostic charge when they carry out the repai

Don't ask if I want a complimentary wash and then fail to actually provide it. I dropped the car at 8am for an oil change and it wasn't ready until 4:30pm. Be a bit more proactive in planning and provide a realistic pick up time.

Friendly staff checking the car in. They sorted a query re the service pack straight away and without any quibbling. The technician sent a video showing the current state of tyres, brakes, suspension and exhaust. Car was ready fairly quickly.
