It was close to the deadline for the April tax rise, however they managed to get the car here before April which saved us some money. Louis kept us informed with regular calls and emails as to where we were for the delivery date.

Ashley Baldry went the extra mile to explain everything about the car and answered our questions with comprehensive knowledge of the vehicle. At handover, he patiently explained all the functions. He set up the controls to suit our needs.

Extremely happy as always, Sharon showed me how to use the BMW app, The receptionists were polite,professional and approachable as always,and my car was returned on time and had been washed and valeted and sorted out. The full experience was superb .

I arrived at 0945, told car would be completed by 1500. Car wasn't ready until 1715, i waited at dealership for 7.5hrs, Car washed to poor level, oil marks left on front bumper which was previously clean, chrome trim damaged from chemical use.
