They put the new tyres on exactly as agreed within the time and the car was washed and vacuumed before being returned. There was no marks on the wheels the tyres had been changed on. They did a complimentary health check and sent me a video.

As my daughter has special medical needs and having a car is essential to her care, and I hoped for a quick fix. I've been told that the part needed to be ordered (which I was expected) but still, i took much longer to get my car back.
